Emily, our Owner/Operator of our Franklin location, has 20 years of experience in restaurant operations and training. Visit our Franklin location and experience the servant-hearted spirit her team embodies.

Michael Marsee

Michael Marsee is the executive chef and founder of Hogwood BBQ.  He is a classically-trained chef with over 15 years of experience. His desire to elevate traditional BBQ coupled with his talent and creativity provide a flavorful twist on classic barbecue recipes.
